Webinar Summary: This presentation will discuss how HVAC systems in healthcare facilities differ from residential and commercial systems. We will dive into the different considerations, codes, and standards that apply when designing systems and selecting equipment. Additionally, topics like infection control, ventilation, filtration, humidity, and controls sequences will be explored to teach how these aspects can impact facility operation and contribute to losses. Case studies will be provided to demonstrate how these concepts can impact real-world operation inside hospitals and outpatient facilities.
