This is a one-hour class on maintenance of traffic (MOT) and construction work zones. This course is given from the perspective of an engineer and accident reconstructionist, who has taken several MOT certification courses across various states. The course will cover the basics behind MOT, temporary traffic control devices, and construction work zones. The course will include applicable standards, terminology, and basic device application. This course will provide both experienced and new attorneys with valuable information they can immediately use in their practices.

This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 1 hour credit.
