ADLA Leadership Nominations Now Open
Deadline to Submit Nominations: May 15, 2026
The Board of Directors and Young Lawyers Section Nominating Committees are now accepting nominations for upcoming leadership positions within the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
Elections will take place during the Membership Business Meeting at the 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama.
We encourage members to thoughtfully consider nominating themselves or a colleague who is committed to advancing ADLA’s mission and continued success.
Nomination Guidelines
- Include a brief statement describing how the nominee can positively contribute to ADLA’s future.
- If applicable, highlight the nominee’s prior involvement and service with ADLA.
- Previous ADLA experience is preferred, but not required.
- Both the nominator and nominee must be current on their 2026–2027 membership dues.

Please send nominations to adla@adla.org or directly to a member of the appropriate Nominating Committee no later than Friday, May 15, 2026.
