He frequently testifies as an expert witness in the field of accident reconstruction and has developed a particular interest in the rapidly advancing area of video-based analysis. As camera systems become increasingly common\, Andrew has made it a personal and professional passion to study how video is captured\, stored\, and analyzed to support accurate collision reconstruction.\n \nEric Speer\, P.E.\, ACTAR\, is a Professional Engineer in the Nashville office of DELTA |v| Forensic Engineering who specializes in accident reconstruction. Throughout Eric’s eight years of experience\, he has seen video systems and analyses of these video systems expand and develop as it relates to motor vehicle collisions.
