Alabama Defense Lawyers Association’s bylaws are the highest governing document of the Association. The bylaws provide the mission and purposes of the organization, define membership, organize the Officers, Board of Directors, and standing committees as well as outline elections, affiliations with ADLA, and many of the operating procedures of the Association.
