ADLA’s Young Lawyers Section (YLS) works to bring together members in their section to help enhance their professional outreach opportunities and foster career growth.  Each year, the YLS leads and promotes the Deposition Boot Camp and Trial Academy programs, as well as the live and on demand webinars located in the CLE Library.

The YLS is always open to your ideas and suggestions for ways they can be of service to Alabama’s young civil defense lawyers. Membership is simple.  To qualify as a YLS member, attorneys must be age 40 or less, or any member who has been practicing law for ten (10) years or less, based upon the date admitted to first bar, regardless of age, is automatically considered be a young lawyer member.  Young lawyers shall have full voting rights and shall pay the active member dues rate.
