Important Hotel Reservation Update – Please Read

New and exciting changes are underway at the Perdido Beach Resort as the property begins its transition to the Marriott brand. As part of this new chapter, the hotel reservation process has been updated.

All attendees should reserve rooms online through the booking link rather than calling the Perdido Beach Resort reservations department directly. Online booking is available only for reservations within the official conference dates. If you would like to extend your stay before or after the conference, you will need to contact Marriott Reservations directly to make those arrangements. Additional nights are subject to availability, and rates may vary for pre- and post-conference stays.

(Note: Any guests who booked prior to 4/16/26 have already been migrated to the new system and do not need to re-book).

Reserve Early – Limited Availability

ADLA’s discounted room block at the Perdido Beach Resort closes May 19 and is subject to availability. The resort is expected to sell out before the cutoff date, so we strongly encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.

Rates start at $309 per night.

 We also kindly ask all participants to book within ADLA’s contracted room block and stay on property whenever possible. Meeting our room commitment helps the association avoid penalties, control conference costs, and enhance the overall Annual Meeting experience for everyone.
