The ADLA Young Lawyers Section presents Succeeding as a Young Lawyer, a virtual CLE program designed to provide young civil defense lawyers with practical advice, real-world guidance, and tools for building a successful legal career.

• Young Lawyer Roundtable: What I Wish I Had Known – A panel discussion featuring presenters from small, medium, and large firms, offering different perspectives on firm culture, expectations, career paths, workload, and lessons learned along the way.

The program will feature experienced civil defense attorneys, along with Chief Justice Sarah Stewart of the Supreme Court of Alabama, sharing practical insight on navigating the early years of practice, developing professional relationships, meeting firm expectations, and building a successful long-term career.

Non-ADLA Members – $50

Eligibility: This program is open to civil defense lawyers only. Attendees must primarily practice civil defense litigation.
