This immersive program is meant to help newer associates become trial-ready and refresh the skills of those who have not been in the courtroom for some time.  Not only has the format of the program changed, but we are bringing back voir dire and adding the use of technology in the courtroom.  On Thursday, August 7th, participants will hear from some of the best civil defense trial attorneys in Alabama as they present on various trial skills.  On Friday, August 8th, participants will present their case as if in trial from start to finish.  

We kindly ask that you dress in professional attire, as if you were in a courtroom, for both days.

This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 15.75 hours’ credit, including 1 hour of ethics.
