Overview: This is a one-hour class on the engineering approach to tire liability cases. This class is given from the perspective of an engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the field of product design, testing, and evaluation.  The class will cover the basics of tires and then focus on the tire design and failure analysis. Specifically in regard to tire failures with a tread and outer belt separation, as well as provide several field examples of tire failure cases. The objective of the class is to give both new and experienced attorneys information that they can immediately utilize in their practice.

This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 1 hours’ credit.
