Overview:
In this CLE, participants can expect to learn how expert analysis of mechanical failures can uncover the root causes of mechanical failures that lead to large losses. Defendants against such claims can feel confident in litigation when examinations from accredited laboratories and professional engineers provide testimony and evidence. Participants will see examples demonstrating conclusions found in a variety of cases.
