Brief Course Description:

• This course provides the attendee with a background explanation of ethics in order to guide them through the proper approach and execution of the claims process. We will explore the duties of claims professionals to better understand not only our own actions, but those of the professionals whose work upon which we rely or have a great influence. Finally, we will test our understanding with practical exercises inside and outside the insurance industry.

  This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 1 hour’s ethics credit.
