S-E-A’s Imaging Sciences Practice Lead, John Swanson, will explain how computer animation, whether used as a visual aid or an analysis tool, can significantly impact the outcome of a case. In our increasingly technology-driven society, jurors are constantly bombarded by information, training them to receive information visually. Thanks to what’s known as “The CSI Effect,” they expect to be entertained even in the courtroom. Meanwhile, it can take hours of expert testimony to clearly explain the details of the case, or, one thirty-second animation. This webinar features case studies illustrating how 3D laser scanning and animations can be used to investigate claims and present your case to a jury.
