This is a one-hour presentation on Slip, Trip, and Fall incidents in personal injury. The presentation will cover what is a slip, trip, and fall incident and identification of the factors that cause them; applicable statutes, codes, standards, and guidelines including OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM, for slip, trip, and fall incidents; and tribometry, the measurement of slip resistance, including a demonstration of the English XL Variable Incident Tribometer. The objective of the presentation is to give both new and experienced attorneys information that they can immediately utilize in their practice.
