The webinar will begin with an overview of life care planning and vocational rehabilitation. The presentation will address the proper methodology to use in the development of life care plans and when assessing wage loss claims. The presentation will review various approaches for critiquing opposing life care plans and wage loss claims in attempts to mitigate damages.
