While women are beginning to dominate the legal profession statistically, women in litigation continue to face significant issues with career advancement. We have gathered a group of female judges serving in various judicial roles in Alabama to discuss the issues facing women lawyers and judges. The judges will also offer their advice to women in the courtroom based on their collective experience and observations from the bench.
