This immersive program is designed to help newer associates become trial-ready while also sharpening the skills of attorneys who haven’t been in the courtroom recently.

In addition to an updated format, the program will feature the return of voir dire and introduce the use of technology in the courtroom. On Thursday, participants will learn from some of Alabama’s top civil defense trial attorneys as they present on key trial skills. On Friday, participants will put those skills into practice by presenting their case from start to finish in a simulated trial setting.

New this year, the program will be held at the Hugo L. Black United States Courthouse in Birmingham.

We kindly ask that you dress in professional courtroom attire for both days, as participants will be in an actual courtroom setting.

Cost: $550
Registration fee includes materials and a networking mixer.
