ADLA Women in the Law (WITL) announces its upcoming Women’s Advancement Program. WITL will be hosting a four part series focusing on the advancement of female lawyers through mentorship. Our goal is to gather women in the industry together to discuss topics important to each of us. 

The meetings will be held in a roundtable format with a panel of speakers, set topics and room for organic conversation among the group. Our first topic will be: The Importance of Mentorship in Practice—Why does this matter?  Our next three topics will be Meeting Work and Personal Goals, Practicing through Life Events and Paving the way Forward.

We are so thankful to Balch for generously hosting this event and look forward to lunch with good company and conversation. 

This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 1 hours’ credit.
