Nominations Now Open for Officer and District Director Positions

Nominations Now OpenThe ADLA Nominating Committee is seeking nominations are now open for the following board positions, which will be voted on at the membership business meeting held in conjunction with the 2020 Annual Membership Business Meeting on Saturday, August 15th at the Ross Bridge Resort & Spa in Birmingham, AL.

*As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ADLA Board of Directors voted on April 24, 2020, to approve the change in date and location due to the cancelation of the Annual Meeting at the Sandestin Resort and Spa in Destin, FL on June 20, 2020.

District 3 Director- Term expiring for Mark Dukes of Holtsford Gilliland Higgins Hitson & Howard PC, Montgomery

District 4 Director- Term expiring for Bill Lancaster of Armbrecht Jackson LLP, Mobile

To submit for one of the nominations for one of the now open positions listed above, include a brief description of how the nominee can positively contribute to the future of the organization. If applicable, please include the nominee’s previous ADLA activities and service.  Past involvement in ADLA is preferred, but not required.

Members who submit a nomination and anyone who is nominated must be current on their 2020-2021 membership dues.  Send nominations to; the deadline is Friday, May 8th.   Feel free to contact members of the nominating committee if you have any questions.
